Pre-Registration
The Pre-Registration is a service run by the European Juggling Association. It allows the organisers to trend the attendance and so to plan the event more effectively. Also pre-registration decreases your wait time on arrival on site and saves you money.
How to Pre-Register
The registration is a three step process:
1. Submit the Registration Form
You can either fill in the Registration Form online at https://prereg.eja.net or download the flyer from above relating to your country, print it out, fill it in and send it to your EJA Country Representative, address on flyer.
2. Arrange Payment
To complete your registration arrange payment as stated on the online-registration website or flyer. If you used the online-registration you can choose to make credit card payment.
Note: Steps 1. and 2. must be completed before 8th of May (Pre-Registration Deadline). After the deadline you have to pay the on-site registration fees.3. Confirmation
Your Registration is processed by your Country Representative. After he has checked that your payment is complete, you will be mailed a confirmation of your registration by normal mail. This typically happens only the preregistration deadline. Note: You have to bring this paper confirmation letter to the convention to be admitted to the convention.
If your country does not have an EJA Representative or dedicated Flyer
Select Other Countries when registering online respectively the International Flyer and follow the preregistration instructions from above. Birte Müller (birte.mueller@eja.net) will process your registration and answer your questions.

Pre-Registration is the business of the Stichting European Juggling Association. Any problems or issues with pre-registration must be referred to the EJA. In case of problems or for advice contact your EJA Country Representative.

What if I change my mind?
The following EJC preregistration cancellation policy was passed at the 2001 EJA business meeting, 07-09 December 2001 in Bremen (Germany):
- EJC preregistrations are fully refundable if a written cancellation is received before the end of the preregistration deadline.
- Cancellations received after the end of the preregistration deadline but before the event has started will be decided upon on a case by case basis.
- Cancellations will not be accepted after the beginning of an event.
Please note that while it is the intent of the EJA to provide a full refund if a preregistration is cancelled, we reserve the right to deduct any costs that are caused by a cancellation from the refund, including (but not limited to) bank fees and costs of credit card refunds.
If you want to cancel a preregistration, please write to your local EJA contact person whose contact details are given on the confirmation of your registration. It is acceptable to submit your cancellation by email (please send a copy of the email to prereg@eja.net as well as to your local EJA contact person). Cancellation by phone is not possible.
